At Catten we can incorporate our Solidworks part files and Radan to work together. By simply designing the required part within Solidworks we can ensure that an assembly of parts will fit and work together. After the design is finalized, the individual parts can then be exported to Radan for part tooling and nesting.

	The first stage after the modelling has been completed is to complete a detailed drawing of the part we wish to tool up.
	Next we export the flat pattern into Radan.
	Next, from within Radan we need to add the tooling that is required to punch the part out.
	Then we can nest the part that we have just created with other parts of the same or any other part that will fit onto our standard sheet sizes.
