With the capability to Robot weld utilising our new welding cell with rotary table, we have the capacity to weld at higher production rates, efficiently and accurately. This also allows consistent and repetitive welding of complex shapes using jigs to reducing lead-times. Varying thicknesses/types of material and many parts can be welded using this service.

Catten Industries also has the capability to manually MIG, TIG and Spot-weld with numerous welding bays available.
Grinding, Sanding, Dressing and Finishing of welded parts is available, plus deburr and polishing prior to finishing.
