Catten Industries provide concept to completion capability. This is aided through the use of 3D solid modelling utilising the latest in design software (Solidworks2008). Solidworks has the ability to import files such as IGES, DWG, DXF, STEP, PRT etc and rebuild them in the their 3 dimensional form. This allows us to easily work with you on your design and communicate to manufacturing your requirements. We also have the ability to program to our machines using the latest software package called Radan. Radan has the ability to import files from Solidworks and export directly to our CNC machines, ready for manufacturing. With the above design capabilities, Catten have the ability to run prototypes and small production batches enabling development updates to design, which result in ease of implementation. Through the use of our MRP/ERP system, we keep an archived database of all changes, if further review is required. |
